SMILE Foster Closet is a 501c3 nonprofit dedicated to serving foster, kinship, and at-risk families within the eight counties of Northeast Tennessee. The goal is to fulfill the immediate material needs a child has while in the foster care system which in turn will reduce the stress on an expanding family. Simply loving everyone where they are & how they need it.
